The Department of Management, PG Department of Commerce, Commerce Club and IIC of Assabah Arts and Science College organized a World Environment Day Pledge Programme on 5th June 2026 at 10.00 AM in the College Conference Hall.
The programme was led by the College Principal, Prof. M. N. Mohammed Koya, who administered the environmental pledge.

During the ceremony, students and faculty members pledged to protect the environment, conserve natural resources, reduce waste through reuse and recycling, save water and energy, plant more trees, and promote sustainable practices.

Third-year BCA and B.Sc. Computer Science students also participated along with the students of our Department, demonstrating their commitment to environmental conservation and sustainable development.
The programme concluded with a collective commitment to work towards a cleaner, greener, and healthier planet, reflecting the spirit of World Environment Day.
